Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Confess is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited on our platform.

We actively work to prevent, detect, remove, and report any CSAE-related content in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

Definition of CSAE

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any sexual content involving a mino
  • Sexualized images, videos, text, or audio involving children
  • Grooming, coercion, or manipulation of minors for sexual purposes
  • Sharing, requesting, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

A minor is defined as any person under the age of 18.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Confess:

  • Confessions, messages, or media containing sexual content involving minors
  • Requests for sexual content involving minors
  • Sexual roleplay or fantasies involving minors
  • Links to external CSAE or CSAM content
  • Any attempt to groom, exploit, or communicate with minors for sexual purposes

Violation of these rules results in immediate action, including account suspension or permanent removal.

Detection and Enforcement

To enforce our child safety standards, Confess uses:

  • Content moderation systems (automated and manual)
  • User reporting mechanisms
  • Immediate content review upon receiving a CSAE report

When CSAE or CSAM is identified:

  • The content is removed without notice
  • The associated account is permanently banned
  • Relevant data may be preserved for legal reporting

Reporting CSAE Content

Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that may violate child safety standards.
How to report:

  • Use the in-app reporting feature on any confession or content
  • Email our safety team directly at: info@confess.me

Reports related to child safety are treated with highest priority.

Cooperation With Law Enforcement

Confess cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities as required by law. When CSAE or CSAM is confirmed, we may:

  • Preserve relevant account information
  • Report incidents to appropriate legal authorities
  • Comply with lawful requests for information

Age Restrictions

Confess is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements as defined in our Terms of Service and applicable laws. We do not knowingly allow minors to engage in activities that violate child safety standards.

Continuous Improvement

We continuously review and improve our safety policies, moderation processes, and reporting mechanisms to strengthen child protection and maintain compliance with platform and legal requirements
