This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Confess Co (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of the Confess mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using Confess, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the application.
Confess Co grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Confess application on your personal mobile device for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

Users of Confess must behave respectfully and responsibly when using the platform.
You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that:
Confess has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Confess Co reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these policies.
To maintain a safe environment, Confess may:
Users may report inappropriate or objectionable content through the reporting tools available within the application.
You are responsible for all activity associated with your account and for ensuring that your use of the application complies with this Agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate any person or entity.
Your use of Confess is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Confess Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users.
The Confess application is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. Confess Co does not guarantee that the application will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confess Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
Confess Co may update this Agreement from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
